We stayed at the Seven Springs, PA location. The hotel was clean, convenient to the slopes and the staff was helpful along the way. Special recognition while eating at Slopes Restaurant our waitress, Kayla, was super helpful to us and others!

Cleanliness: meh, the room was VERY DUSTY, particularly the surfaces of the headboards.
Sheets and towels are fresh, clean, and white.
Friendliness of staff: cleaning crew are super polite, nice, and kind. Front desk, not so much, had varied experiences w different staff.

Great Stay
I was able to check in early, greeted with a welcoming smile and had a great fall day to wander around a little. The room was clean and comfortable. WiFi was just ok with no option to choose between regular and high speed, which would have been helpful for the work I had to do, but still nothing to complain about.
