"The view was beautiful and the staff were lovely. The hallways look a little rough. When I asked for a hairdryer, they told me to come get it. When I got down there the said they’d bring one up in 5 min. They then brought me a broken one. I had to go back downstairs again and they said they’d try to track down another one.
