“Staff were excellent, so helpful. Provided us with a luggage scale to weigh bags before we left. Stored our bags all day after checking out. The family room was such a good set up. Kids pretty much had their own room with shower, didn’t realise that when we booked.”

“The room was clean and the attached restaurant was perfect for a cocktail before heading out. The location is wonderful for getting all around Paris while avoiding a bit of the chaos and bustle. Staff at the hotel were warm and friendly. ”

“Great location with easy access to Metro and walking distance to L’Opéra, Place Vendôme , and Lafayette department store etc. clean and Spacious room for Paris city center standard. Friendly and helpful staff including front desk, and concierge who offers great advice. House keeping staff should pay more attention in details such as replacing amenities etc. would be nice to offer two bottles of water ( instead of one ) everyday for double occupancy. ”
