Les Terrasses de la Vallée Air conditioning did not work only as fan. We choosed this apartment for this reason. Everything else were ok and clean.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The outside deck is wonderful! A lovely place to watch the sun go down. The kitchen was fully stocked. Some bigger bath towels would've been appreciated. There was some miscommunication after we arrived & we were unable to get the wifi password for our first night & the entire next day, but that was eventually figured out. It would be beneficial to have a welcome booklet with some of the important information available to the renters.There are a lot of different keys & doors to get in/out of the building, but we were given great instructions on how to get in. It is about a 20 min walk to the train station, but the bus stop is just around the corner. There is a lovely little pizza & sandwich place right next door. We didn’t explore the area too much, we went to downtown Paris each day. Overall, we loved the place & enjoyed our time here.

Les Terrasses de la Vallée "Wir haben in der hübschen Wohnung einen entspannten Aufenthalt genossen. Die Einrichtung ist hübsch. Man hat ausreichend 🙂 Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alle notwendigen Elektrogeräte sind vorhanden Die Lage ist hinsichtlich der Anbindung an den ÖPNV sehr gut Gegenüber ist ein grosser Supermarkt 🙁 Die Wohnüberbauuung ist sehr gross und von der Aussenwelt abgeschlossen (Tore, Zäune) ausserhalb der Zäune ist es nicht mehr so schön. Tumbler und Staubsauger waren nicht gereinigt Matratzen und Decken sind nicht wirklich gut, daher ist der Preis für meinen Geschmack etwas übertrieben"

Bushaltestelle in 10 Minuten erreichbar. 🙁 Das Anschreiben einer Drittfirma mit der Aufforderung zur Kautionsüberweisung. Mag sein, dass das gängige Praxis ist, aber ich fühlte mich verunsichert. Garage ist (typisch Frankreich) sehr klein und für einen Kombi oder SUV kaum benutzbar. Es gibt aber meistens genug Parkplätze in der Wohnanlage."

Les Terrasses de la Vallée "🙂 Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Paris und Disneyland. Ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel optimal zu erreichen. Die Aufteilung und die Ausstattung ist für 4 Personen super. Von dem Balkon hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Die Küche ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir sind Abends immer sehr gern in die Wohnung zurückgekehrt. 🙁 Es fehlt eine Mappe mit den wichtigsten Informationen. Was ist in der Nähe an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wohin mit dem Müll, WiFi Zugang, nahe Bushaltestellen ... Vom Service vor Ort hatte ich mehr erwartet. Wir hatten am 2. Tag einen Kurzschluss im Herd. Auf die Email hat keiner reagiert. Nach einem Telefonat am nächsten Tag schickte man jemanden (einen Fahrlehrer) der die Sicherungen kontrolliert hat und festgestellt hat, dass ein Elektriker kommen muss. Der kam 2 Tage später und benötigt neue Bauteile. Bis zu unserer Abreise hatten wir keinen Herd. Den Fehler hatte ich schon in der Email beschrieben, die keiner gelesen hat. Aus Deutschland bin ich besseren Service gewohnt. Auf die Idee eine Ersatzkochplatte hinzustellen ist keiner gekommen. Das bewerte ich nicht negativ auf die Wohnung."

Les Terrasses de la Vallée "Somptueux!! 🙂 L’emplacement est très bien, super calme, une gallerie marchande à 2 pas, résidence paisible. Il faut mieux être véhiculé pour bien apprécié ce logement au vu de l’éloignement de la capitale (15-20 min en voiture). L’appartement est très joli, on s’y sent bien. Les équipements paraissent neufs, les couleurs et l’agencement.. wonderfull!! 🙁 Quand on aime on ne compte pas mais le prix !! 770€ en tout en comptant la caution pour 2 nuits et le supplément chien."
