The staff was extremely helpful and always willing to assist with any of our needs. This is our second stay at this hotel and it was better than the first. I particularly enjoy their steam room and also sauna. The honey soap that they market here is something amazing! I will know that we were promised to cocktails as VIP members, however, when we arrived, we were offered one mocktail card at the front desk and one mocktail card in the room. I wasn’t so much of a fan a fan of this.

The hotel is the perfect location for Disneyland Paris and the free shuttle provided by the hotel was excellent. The room and the pool were clean and the staff were very helpful. Will definitely come back!

The property is beautiful, staff is very attentive and the best part was the private shuttle that could drop you to the Disney Parks however please be aware that they do not take luggage at all. So when we moved from this hotel to onsite Disney property they wouldn't do that due to us having luggage. Not a big thing at all but would have been nice to know that that. The hotel deserves 10/10 as it is perfect.

Very good hotel. I would stay again. Nice places to eat around the hotel. Large shopping mall nearby along with a subway metro station that takes you to all parts of Paris. Convenience store called Carrefour is just across the street. Most importantly, it’s very close to Disneyland. They have a shuttle that goes and picks up from there. But sometimes it may take 30-40 minutes to wait. You can walk easily for 20-25 minutes one way there when the weather is fine. The directions to walk are very easy and it’s hard to get lost if you walk to Disneyland.

Appreciated the onsite pool/spa. Room was spacious. Appreciated the efficiency kitchenette and mini fridge. The shuttle to and from Disneyland was amazing! Our hairdryer did not work and requests and reminders did not result in the unit being fixed. There was a stain on the sheer curtains that was at eye level and unsightly.

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids under 12) loved our stay at this hotel. The on demand shuttle to Disney parks was very much appreciated. The breakfast was lovely and didn’t feel rushed. The beds were super comfortable although I think the sofa beds in the junior suite could do with better mattresses. We also appreciated the second (albeit small and no sink to wash hands) shower and toilet for the kids. Also the little kitchenette was very very useful when taking some rest from all the walking from around the parks. Minor points for improvement - - the soap dispenser is not near the sink and hard for little ones to reach. This is basic design and easily resolved by repositioning the soap dispenser. - water pressure for the shower was low - the family pool times felt too short but we managed around this. Otherwise, an excellent stay with super friendly staff, lovely and modern facilities. Would definitely stay again and/or recommend to friends.
