"The weather in Hanoi is hot in April and I'm glad I chose to stay at L'HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi for three nights. The hotel lobby manager helped us solve everything and added very pleasant memories to my trip^^ I highly recommend staying here when traveling to Hanoi. It is a high-end hotel with a spa, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, and has an excellent location. Whether you are on a business trip, traveling, shopping, or eating, it is very convenient. At least that's how I feel! Travelers who want to travel to Hanoi are definitely the right choice to stay here^^ Thanks again to Mary, the hall manager for accommodating our request. We received a small gift at the end, which was a surprise^_^"

"This is a very convenient location near restaurants and walking streets. staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are attractively decorated, clean and fully equipped. This is truly a great place to stay when you travel. Nice to stay here I had a good time. Jenny and Alex guided and helped me a lot during my time here."

"此房型沒有浴缸，真的建議可以安置，因為是很棒的空間，希望能有浴缸享受。另外，馬桶可能要維修，一直有水聲。服務人員都很棒，早餐的領班經理能熟悉住多天的客人，會親切打招呼。早餐也十分豐盛，除了自助餐，還可以額外免費點一些菜餚，真的是可以吃得超級飽，撐到午後。地理位置也不錯，距離鬧區火車街、大教堂、36古街步行可到。附近也有幾間不錯的餐廳或者小吃店，徒步5-15分鐘就有美食。"

"Overall is good. Staff are polite and nice. The public areas of the hotel incl the restaurant, lobby and rooftop bar look very nice. But there is water stains around the bathroom and the wooden floor of the room. Shower tub has noise when water comes out but not affect the shower."
