「Very clean and nice」

「Nice clean room. Spacious. Had all the needs of a traveler needed for us. Was close to the church we were going while traveling. Good location and reasonable priced.」

「Rooms old & outdated. Carpet in room was very dirty & worn out. Refrigerator unplugged & very stale smelling when opened. Water was yellowish/rust colored when attempted to use in bathtub. Marijuana smell when AC unit turned on..」

「Upon checking in there was no body soap in the container in the bathroom. Rooms are very small, with 4 people in the room. The breakfast in the morning was good.」

「You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. 「Front desk was closed when we arrived. We called the phone # left on a sign for guest that were locked out of their room but no answer. I called the next day and the female that answered the phone was rude and extremely condescending.」

「Very friendly and accommodating staff. I stayed in a king suite. Very clean room and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and very attentive and sociable staff, keeping tables clean, restocking food items, coffee, milk. Etc.」

「The room when I first got there looked like they hadn’t changed the sheets and there was small bits of trash on the floor as if it wasn’t cleaned. I asked for it to be cleaned and they cleaned it with new sheets and everything.」

「It was over by 9am on a Sunday, no conditioner and toilet rim was horrible. No jacuzzi by pool. 」
