「We had an amazing stay at Domes Noruz Chania! The customer service was excellent throughout our visit in every aspect. The food was great, and we loved our spacious, clean room with a private pool overlooking the ocean. The concierge gave us fantastic recommendations for beaches and wineries, which made our trip even better. This was the second Domes hotel we stayed at during our travels, and once again, we had a wonderful experience—we loved both!」

「Wonderful staff that help you a lot. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.」

「A great hotel, with lots of activities and entertainment for kids both big and small. The food options are great, and as a vegan I had a number of options every meal which is different to usual holiday locations. The new and old buildings mean there's plenty of space for everyone and you can always find a sunbed」
