The villas are located in an olive grove of 5 acres with sunny green gardens and beautiful sea and mountain views, just 200 meters in a straight line from the sea and the beach of Marathi.

This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 2 Double beds, 3 Single beds, 1 Semi-double bed.

The villa has two floors with two SEPARATE entrance doors:

The ground floor has a separate entrance and has two bedrooms (one room with a double bed & the other room with two single beds)

The first floor has a separate entrance with two bedrooms also (one room with a double bed & the other room has one semi-double bed and one single bed).

- The swimming pool is 30 sqm large (heated with extra charge, upon request and with a pre-notice).
