The cleaning staff was exceptional. She checks in on me every day for the best time to clean our room. I have two children staying with me, and she gave us extra bottled water for the hot weather. The cleaning staff noticed the door was a bit hard to open due to the humid weather, and the door stop got loose, and she fixed them before I mentioned it, very attentive and proactive!
The gym is phenomenal, and the pool takes up the whole floor. It is the best I have had so far in Beijing, with a wet and dry sauna, and a jacuzzi. We will definitely return here next summer.
The location is great for us, and it is connected to the Fortune Building Mall, for dining, shopping, massaging, facial, Starbucks, etc."
