"We selected this property to accommodate a large group for our daughter’s wedding reception in Driftwood. It was an expensive property but the pictures looked nice and the number of guests held met our needs. It was not what we had expected and had many issues such as, cracked and loose tiles on the stairs that posed a safety hazard for our elderly guests, no heat the first night, cold showers the entire 3 night stay, trash under and in the couches, no sheets for the sleeper sofas, no top sheets on any beds, and no blankets. The weather was cooler so we needed to use the heaters. The main heater set off an alarm at 1:30 am along with a burning smell. After 15 minutes we discovered how to turn the alarm off and had to turn the heater off completely. The two mini split units couldn’t be used because they were full of dirt and dust. We had called the property manager shortly after checking in with our issues and concerns. She came out the following day around 11am. This pushed back plans we had for the morning. She had an hvac company out to clean and service the units and a plumber out for the hot water. We were told there is an issue with the design that was causing the problem. We all took cold showers and we would only use 1 of the 3 showers at a time. I’m grateful the manager came and brought some blankets and picked up trash around the property. It was disappointing they didn’t offer any refund after several requests. Paid a lot and didn’t come close to our expectations."

"This property was beautiful. The design allowed for entertaining in spacious areas!The bedrooms and each bathroom provided privacy and ease for all guests to prepare at their leisure. The kitchen has a spectacular view and easy to accommodate and prepare meals.Weather was a bit rainy, but when feasible we enjoyed the pool. We appreciated the proactive planning and preparedness of the property manager. Absolutely service oriented! LOVED OUR STAY AND DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN (or move in... LO))!"

"The host was very responsive.The house needs upgrades on ALLAppliances or repair. The dryer took 2 hours to dry a basic load. The oven temp was off. The dishwasher had rusted spikes on both levels. We had to go buy some pans in order to cook a meal"

"We really enjoyed the property!! Very clean and effortless stay. The beds were so comfortable, we all slept well. The little touches in the apartment made coffee in the morning relaxing and peaceful - the balcony off the loft was an incredible view, and walking the grounds there’s even a private trail you can meander through. I have to say the animals at the Eco Ranch were such a treat!!! Close proximity to anything you’d need yet peaceful and quiet that you feel like you’re far from the world :)."
