"Family of three here traveling with a 8 month old baby Hotel provided a crib honestly I loved everything about this place customer service is top notch!! What really set them apart though my baby boy bumped his head during our stay and they had medical staff on site paramedic reassured us everything was ok. Now the room was excellent we loved the bathtub so we could clean our baby I did not gamble but the casino floor is very luxury and loved the selection of restaurants inside the resort the breakfast Buffett was on point everyday the staff always took time to say hello and ensure all our needs were met Would absolutely recommend you spend the money to stay here so worth it Only 2 very small minor complaints getting back into the hotel from the SRP Road can be a headache would love to see a dedicated traffic light entrance for the hotel and 2nd the bidet the battery for the remote kept dying those are my only 2 gripes 10 out of 10 would absolutely stay again "

"Very convenient for a short stay, just had a bit of struggle reaching the place coz Expedia's location is inaccurate. Called the hotel and was responsive. Location's landmark is SWU-Phinma, Google map is the key. Staff was accommodating, just raise your concerns and they are willing to assist. During my stay, I walked to Fuente Osmeña and (if you don't mind walking longer), I walked going to Downtown colon to Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral. South bus terminal is also walking distance which is very convenient if you will travel to southern part of Cebu. If you don't mind staying in a Mixed Dorm as a solo traveler, this is for you. 😉 "

"I stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderfully smooth experience. The room was spotless, the staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel felt very comfortable overall. The only limitation was the restaurant, which felt a bit small during busy hours. Despite that, my stay was excellent."

"Rooms were clean and tidy. Very comfortable. Many armed security guards on site. Very secure. Robinson grocery and 7/11 on site. Many restaurants on ground level. Walking distance to many bars and nightclubs. Would most definitely stay here again. "
