「Phenomenal hotel with incredible breakfast and activities. We loved it so much, we will continue to book Mama Shelters throughout Europe!」

「We were upgraded on arrival. The toilet sink didn’t drain well, curtain in bedroom stained and had holes in it, carpet curled up on corner (not great trip hazard), reading light didn’t work and like other reviews WiFi wasn’t great. Positive-room size good, shower was good. Ten min walk from train station. I was meant to get a bottle of wine on arrival (booking deal) and when I asked for it the staff said due to upgrade I don’t get the wine. Would have preferred the wine over the room upgrade.」

「Nice service best view No.1 place in Nice 」

「Highly recommend 」

「Poor reception staff attitudes. 」

「The hotel is in a very convenient location. Carrefour is right on the other side of the street. The room is also good with all needed facilities. Overall, the staying experience is good. However, house-cleaning during your stay will cost extra fees. I did not pay for that and no cleaning at all during my stays.」
