“Fully functioning suit, clean, comfortable beds, quiet and easy access to the building. We enjoyed our stay here, and we'll definitely be back whenever we are in Thunder Bay.”

“My most recent experience at this hotel was awful. I booked and paid through Expedia, but when I arrived to check in, the person at the front desk immediately said “no locals” in a rude and dismissive tone. If this hotel refuses local guests, that policy should be clearly stated on both Expedia and the hotel’s own website before anyone books and pays. Taking someone’s money and then surprising them at check-in with an undisclosed policy is unacceptable. When I explained that I had already paid……

“Very dirty place”

“At 3:00am the night manager allowed a group of high school graduates to stay at the hotel (presumably they had been thrown out of their first choice). I was informed that one of the group was a friend of a friend of the night manager. The group shouted, screamed, constantly went from room to room slamming doors, and ran loudly along corridors until about 7:00am. I understand the night manager was asked to call the police but did not (presumably his friends didn’t get in trouble) so the entire……

“Was okay for one night to get a shower and the sheets seemed clean. The curtain rod and curtains fell off the back window when I tried to open them and the TV had no sound -tried everything with the complicated two remote controls - nope.”

“Upon arrival, we were utterly disappointed. The photos do not properly depict the hotel’s terrible condition. The room was disgusting, it looked as though it had been previously broken into, it was not clean, the sheets were not white, but a dingy grey. We very quickly requested a refund and continued on our way to find something better. The man at the front desk was very helpful and assured us that a refund had been processed. Please do yourself a favour and don’t consider staying here.”

“As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned……
