住宿简介

Character farmhouse set in beautiful countryside

  • This picturesque farmhouse is a residence graced by an awe-inspiring view of the North Saskatchewan river, breathtaking ravine and the surrounding countryside. This 112-year-old homestead has been refinished and filled with vintage touches as a tribute to the nostalgia and comfort that “Grandma’s House” can bring. Enjoy the land with wildlife watching and hiking to the river, fishing and canoeing. Cozy up to the fire pit and listen to the snap crackle into the night or fill the house with laughter as you play board games together. Also a cozy cabin with a real wood fire. There is an event space that is available for Rustic small weddings or family gatherings etc. at an additional charge depending on the event. Have a look at a short film made there. We booked 3 properties here for a family reunion. We had a grand time, and as usual, the host was very responsive and accommodating. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the walks, sunrises, and exquisite sunsets.Bearing in mind that this property is only 45 minutes away from Saskatoon, it is beautiful, quiet, and an excellent place to unwind and relax. Highly recommended.

We had our wedding in February, the building was used as our venue. The snow allowed us to get amazing pictures. The outdoor space easily had enough space for us and managed to keep us warm.

Wonderful as always!

I've been before and will be again - the love and care Jarvis has for the property, his non-stop work in adding and expanding options on the property, and the exceedingly rare combination of comfort and seclusion cannot be overstated.
