This property is inside a Blue Green Vacations time-share property. The East Bay Street location is quite good. One can walk the center city/historic district, including the Aquarium and most museums. Self parking is a block away. That's pricey at $2/hour, with an $18/overnight cap. But if one comes and goes, the $2/hour rate kicks in. Several times our daily parking ran $33+/day. Now the not-so-good. The bathroom plumbing is anemic...the cold water pressure is a trickle. Don't expect to flush the toilet more than twice an hour. The shower hot water is not "normal". To get a hot shower, one must position the control to "7 o'clock", not full-on to 6 o'clock. That took a call to Vacasa to figure out. Vacasa did send a maintenance team to replace a burned-out hallway bulb, and snake the bathroom drains. Or at least they snaked the bathroom sink. One will finish one's shower standing in two inches of soapy water, the shower drain empties that slowly. On check-out there were no garbage bins as stated, so I left the bag of garbage on top on the courtyard trash receptacle. The instructions in the unit said leave all the towels in one place. A later message said to also strip the bed. Whoops...missed that one. The unit has hallway stairs on the 2nd floor, so the luggage cart is only good for getting from the lobby to the 2nd floor. Not a big deal if your suitcase has wheels, I guess. At the /night (all-in after fees and taxes, but not including parking) it isn't a b
