The staff we encountered were very friendly, especially the ladies in the breakfast area. While the outside of the hotel looked updated, the inside was very outdated and smelled like mildew. Spacious rooms but would not return to this location.

Breakfast and service was great! Great rooms and we had everything we needed. Having laundry on site was a huge help too! Only negative was the service for the night shift. You could tell the lady on the night shift did not want to be there.

The reason for 4 stars is the cigarette smoke smell that was present at our door in the hallway, hot water taking up to 30 minutes to flush out the cold water and elevator being in and out of ofservice throughout our stay. The staff was excellent! They were some of the best we have ever dealt with. The room was good, not great and there were some areas that needed cleaning that we did ourselves, the bed was aweful. It had a dip in the middle and my wife and I both felt as though we never got a good night sleep. The kitchen seemed to have all a person needednif tou were inclined to eat in, which we didn't. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever encountered as well, with lots of options every morning. I just wished it would have been available a little longer during the week. 7-10 on the weekends and 6-9 during the week. 10 during the week would have been perfect. Overall we were quite happy and would visit again.
