Girls weekend … looked exactly as pictured . Was able to park second vehicle on street overnight for free . Lots of cute shops on spring street and close to downtown

Everything as pictured. Bedrooms separated on opposite ends of apartment rather than right next to each other which was a nice feature. Spacious bathrooms - my son loved taking a rain shower in the master bedroom! Parking right behind the house. Responsive hosts.

Great Place

This space was exactly as pictured. We loved it and the location. One negative is that the one bedroom did not have any mirrors at all. It needs a full length mirror. If you want to see how you look you need to go into the bathroom in the hall and stand on the tub to see into the mirror or go into the Master bedroom. The water pressure also leaves something to be desired but we weren't living there for a long period of time so we made do. There was plenty of closet and dresser space which we appreciated.

Great stay!

Property is located in a cute neighborhood, in walking distance to all the great restaurants and bars. We rented bikes right down the street and easily traveled all around the downtown area.

Awesome place in a great location

Awesome, historically sensitive, high-end remodel - loved everything about it. Great location - close enough to walk to tourist areas, and also close to the crosstown - easy access to I-26 and out to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonder place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying here and the quick response from the concierge made us feel more at home. The porch was so nice to have coffee on in the morning and wine at night. Beds were super comfy and the place was very clean and accommodating.

Weekend in Charleston

We had a great time in Charleston and our stay at the Lawerence Suite was spectacular. The place was spacious and clean and perfect for our group of four. The location was in an area that is coming back so you have a great local feel with new shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the place.

Very nice place!

It was very clean and parking in back of the house that was important to me. Its about a 15 minute walk to King Street that didn’t bother us we like to walk. I would be staying here again!

Perfect place to stay.

My family of four (two teenagers) stayed here for a long weekend. It was a perfect location for getting around Charleston and local beaches. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed sitting on the porch. A nearby coffee shop was great for slipping out while the kids slept in.

Peaceful perfection on the porch

I would rent this property again and again. The esthetics are inviting and comfortable, and the design of the space is functional and luxurious. It's an easy walk to exquisite restaurants. Everyone we passed on the sidewalk was charming, and I always felt safe. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch and watching Charleston life stroll by. We enjoyed the property's atmosphere so much that we opted to stay in instead of enjoying the lively nightlife within easy walking distance. The property managers provided the highest level of service, always responding quickly and going above and beyond to meet our needs. The experience of renting this place was perfect in every way.
