This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties:)
Welcome to Tee Fore Two! This (4 Bedroom ~ 3 full bath) oceanfront home sleeps 8 and has one of the largest screened-in oceanfront porches on the island! Conveniently located directly on the beach, one block from Center Street, and just a few blocks from the community tennis and basketball courts, guests will enjoy all that Folly has to offer!
Our guests are sure to enjoy the oversized side and back porches with plenty of outdoor seating and vast unobstructed ocean views. With beautiful hardwood and tile floors throughout the main living areas and bathrooms, the wide-open Southern style floor plan in this upscale home makes this a relaxing and comfortable environment for all. Additionally, there is abundant seating in the living room and dining area for entertaining, and the fully equipped kitchen will have everything you will need to prepare meals for family and friends.
Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Garage parking not available.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
A 50% payment is required when placing your reservation online, with the remaining 50% automatically charged to the card on file 60 days before your check-in date. If you are booking a reservation withing 60 days of your arrival date, the other 50% of your reservation will be charged within the next business day.

In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
