So I wasnt going to reveiw my stay being that it was for one night. I myself was a front desk clerk once in downtown Charleston and we did everything to help the customer. I came down for a party I got there about something to four had my daughter come over to help assist so I didn't really pay attention to the room like that. When it was time to use the bathroom in the toliet like right under the seat was poop stain that was missed. Gross me the out . I called front desk the guy said oh housekeeping staff has left w/o any resolution. So after him just sitting there on the line I asked if there was something he could bring to clean it. He stated he couldn't leave the desk but he did have something. However when I went to the desk he wasn't even there. Another staff had to find him. Then when I came back later that night roaches crawling. It was a one night stay so I was happy when it was time to go. Trina who checked me in was friendly but that guy from 3 to 11 need to do better..And make sure they clean the toilet bowls cause that was disgusting. I usually complain but now I know where not to stay. If ya want picture and video I do have it.

The Room was very dirty and moldy. The Tv was broken . The shower was damaged and I did see some mold . There is no late check in at all . So if you are delayed at airport or anything comes up . You might as well get another hotel.

Worst experience ever. We literally moped the floor as it has lot of dust stickiness, not at all cleaned. The door handles were disgusting. Couldn’t even touch them. Roaches everywhere in the room.
