“At check-in it was pointed out that I had reserved a handicapped room, which I did not do. Apparently the travel app that I used chose that room, and the manager switched it to a regular room for me. Maybe someone who really needed that room would come in. The manager also signed me up for the Hilton Honors program, so next time I will use that to book my stay. The rooms are very clean thanks to the cleaning staff who come in every other day to provide fresh towels, make the bed, and tidy up.”

“Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. ”

“I’ve been looking for a hotel we can stay on my business trip in St. Charles. I think this is going to be the one. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. ”

“Stayed here for two nights,place is nice and clean,staffs are very friendly. Only problem is they don’t provide you free WiFi like other hotels, I been charged $9.95 for internet service which is I tried to sign up but wasn’t able to and never used”

“Was very noisy, between the constant walking around in the room above us, and from what sounded like laundry machines going at night. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful though. Updated older building.”

“The bathroom switch didnt work, the vent in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling, the fridge was not working and smelled like rancid food, the hallways wreaked of cigarettes and garbage, the outlets in the room were loose, the ac would kick on and off and was not maintaining room temperature, the sheets had holes in them and some of the towels smelled mildewy. Great place to check in for prostitution or drugs I guess. They make you give them a $60 cash deposit while checking in, which I……

“I loved how they renovated the room. With small fridge and a microwave and coffee maker, I did not want to leave my room!”

“So, the room was cleaned, but they didn't refill the hand soap. The fridge wasn't on, and we didn't realize it until the next day, so our food went bad. When we finally turned it on, it made this super loud noise. Maybe the last guests turned it off, who knows. And the bedding had a really weird smell. Plus, the furniture looked like it was from the early 90s.”
