「The house was clean and comfortable. Several cars would go by slowly and take photos. It's very special and it's in a good location in Charlevoix and by Lake Michigan. We enjoyed it.」

「The home was conveniently located near everything in town and of walking distance of several things we enjoyed visiting…the toy store and maritime museum. Very nice view of the bay from the front windows. Everything in the home was very nicely set up and the renovations we read about prior to our visit were well done. Our first visit to Beaver Island, and this was an excellent base for our adventures and a wonderful place to hangout between adventures.」

「Freshwater manages this home and they are VERY attentive, even calling back to check on things. There was a small snafu with the key, but they stayed on the line to walk me through it. They scampered to let me move in a day early and were so helpful and kind. The house location is woodsy with a beautiful lake view. The house is quaint and quirky, with a circular staircase leading to the loft with a full wall view of the lake. My husband couldn't take the stairs, but the sliding door view...
