This house is in a fantastic location, just one block from the heart of town, can walk to everything! (festivals in the park, Bridge St. shops, marina, Oleson's Supermarket, movie theater, farmer's market, mushroom houses, splash pad, park, music concerts, local beaches, drawbridge-lighthouse, bars and restaurants). It is also minutes to Castle Farms and many of Charlevoix's local wedding/function venues.

This home is newly renovated, very clean, in a quiet, private neighborhood, and has all the amenities you should need for your stay, including air conditioning. The main living space is a great spot to hang out, featuring a kitchen with an island. This area is open to the living. Dining at island or in garden.

The house can sleep 2 people:

Bedroom 1- 1 Queen

The layout works well for a couple looking for a spacious getaway. Oleson’s food center and Andy’s deli/party store are within two blocks from the home. You will love being downtown where you can walk or bike to everything!

Spend your evenings relaxing in the garden.

Fully stocked kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, gas range, hood, coffee maker, blender, all the kitchen/baking ware you will need.
Additional amenities include air conditioning and ceiling fan a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, gas grill, cable tv, wi-fi, and a 1car driveway with additional parking on the street or adjacent parking lot.
You will love staying at this home while being close to all that Charlevoix has to offer. The house is in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood, and is on the south side of the bridge (much easier for accessing downtown). It is 1/2 blocks away from Bridge St., yet there is no road noise or busy traffic! It is a short walk or bike ride to Charlevoix's great beaches, such as Lake Michigan Beach, Lake Michigan beach access via Antrim St., & Ferry Beach.

We enjoyed our two night stay in this lovely garden apartment. We appreciated the attention to details, especially the great lighting and lots of fluffy towels! Great welcoming host! This apartment requires climbing steps that may be challenging for those with mobility difficulties.

This property was perfect for our weekend in Charlevoix. It is within walking distance of the Main Street of shops and dining. We were in town for a wedding held at Castle Farms. The venue is just a short drive from the property. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

The location is absolutely stunning. The mountain views from every window did not disappoint. The home is very well kept and had everything for our stay. It wasn't just a shell of a house. The feeling there was warm and inviting. It felt like home. My kids enjoyed the paddle boat and hanging out on the deck. I wish we could have enjoyed the hot tub, but we didn't have enough time. We'd love to come back for a future visit.

My husband and I stayed for a four day weekend. Michael’s place was nicely furnished and decorated and was super clean. The bed was comfy, kitchen well equipped, nice bath towels and quiet as well. Location was perfect and we got out for an hour walk each day….could have walked longer. All in all had a great time relaxing, shopping, eating out and watching the Lions pull through and win!!

The property is in a quiet, very pleasant neighborhood and just a few blocks from a grocery and downtown. The apartment has clearly been remodeled very recently in a very stylish manner. Everything--windows, appliances, plumbing, electrical, heating, lighting--is high quality and in excellent working order. Attractive, comfortable furnishing. Ultra-clean and very well stocked. Great bed and bedding, and I have never been treated to so many towels, all in mint condition. Michael is an all-star host: very available, flexible and amiable. Great instructions. Check-in and check-out couldn't be easier.

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at Michael's property. As this listing states, it is walking distance from all of the activities, eateries, and sights that downtown Charlevoix has to offer. The unit is clean, well-organized, and filled with nice touches that truly make you feel like you're at a home away from home. The outdoor patio area is secluded and very cozy. We both found the bed to be comfortable after long days out and about. I will definitely be checking availability for this listing first and foremost when coming back to Charlevoix. I have been coming to Charlevoix for more than a decade and Michael’s place is fantastic. The pictures are very accurate and the place is extremely well taken care of and clean. The bottle of wine and handwritten note are such a nice personal touch it felt like we have known Michael for years!

Everything about Michael’s place exceeded our expectations. It is tastefully decorated, well stocked with amenities and super comfortable. This is a wonderful property in the heart of "Charlevoix the Beautiful" with easy access to everything. The location of this property is within walking distance to anything you want to do downtown. Michael is an amazing host with immediate replies to questions and / or requests is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. This property is comfortable and beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. It is perfect for a week or weekend getaway and you cannot find a better host or location to stay.
