Clean and comfortable

The condo was very clean and comfortable .There were two of us and this condo met our needs. The view of the lake was awesome and very peaceful.We stayed there in late December. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view, clean charming condo!

Beautiful location- we had an excellent time staying in this clean and welcoming condo at the Edgewater Inn. Watching the boats in the marina from the doorwall patio and being just steps into downtown Charlevoix were highlights. We would certainly return!

Cute condo

The condo itself was very clean and cute. Only complaint of the condo is the king bed was a little hard and the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Location was great and the restaurant attached to the building was fantastic. As far as the amenities, the pool, hot tub, sauna area was underwhelming (and the sauna didn’t even worth the second time I tried it). Overall I’d stay again

Good location, uncomfortable bed

Very clean rental. Pictures are accurate description. Only issue was the bed was way too hard and uncomfortable & the pillows were like bricks. Slept terrible because of that and thus a 3 star review. Condo was in a nice neighborhood right on the main street of the downtown street, very close to restaurants. Looked like a few block walk to beach which would’ve been easy to do. With respect to check-in, there was not a front desk person to greet us but there was a envelope with our keys waiting for us. Only issue with check-in was we didn’t know where the condo room was, had to walk around for a bit. Instructions would’ve helped. Would stay again if they upgraded the bed to something not as firm.

Great unit-Great customer service

We had a little bit of an issue upon arrival dealing with construction and the overall encompassing facilities with our rental. The front desk attendee Charles and manager Carly went above and beyond to address the situation and remedy it. Once this was handled, our stay was fantastic. The actual unit is clean, comfortable and what a view. Towels were changed out each day and trash was emptied by housekeeping. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I will say WiFi is a little spotty in some areas but no big deal. For families with kids, please note that there is no dishwasher so be prepared to do many dishes by hand. Not an inconvenience, just fair warning. Also make sure you have your own pack and play, high chair etc as the unit does not come with one. The facilities are a bit outdated which extends to the pool and hot tub and the outdoor portion of the pool was closed for construction. I would think once this area opens up, it would bring a whole other level of fun to the trip. Overall, I was very happy with how our stay ended up and I’m impressed by how attentive the staff is to any issue that may arise. Thank you NME! We had a great time.
