The beach is dirty, smells like cigarettes / marijuana and has trash. There is constant noise of wave runners and loud music. 「Very convenient location for those flying in and out. The hotel is a bit run down, but the staff are all lovely. Hotel staff call taxi's for you and are happy to give recommendations for places to visit when you ask.」

「This was a wonderful property! It is definitely an older hotel- but that is the charm! The new owners are clearly taking loving care of it. In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee. 「I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. There was no cleaning done to Room #301. I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily. One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it. We didn't touch it. We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily. No one came to the room at all. There was no bed linen change either. The room was clean when we got there.
