Recently renovated 6 bedroom home in Dilworth. Walking distance to numerous parks, restaurants and nightlife of Southend. Large bedrooms and multiple living rooms. Large front and back porch to sit and enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine as the night is starting or when you are winding down. Or walk down the neighborhood streets and admire the historic homes in Charlotte's most desirable historic district.

Directly across the street are pickleball and tennis courts. Latta Park is a stone's throw away and includes basketball, volleyball, playground and splash pad.

Decorated in modern farmhouse feel with a Pottery Barn-like motif.
