Gorgeous 3ba 2ba home. New to VRBO, but over 30+ reviews on other sites. Vaulted ceilings and fireplace in family room. Master on main with full bath. Large chefs kitchen with access to patio. Full size washer / dryer and tons of storage. Large patio with views of large peaceful back yard. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms and another full bath. Wonderful home close to Southpark, Ballantyne, Matthews and Uptown. 3 memory foam queen beds. We have 3 other homes and hundreds of 5 star reviews!

Can be rented in combination with unit next door to accommodate up to 12 guests.

Just what we needed
We enjoyed our time here very much. The host replied to any questions I had quickly and I love that it was clean and neat. Quiet neighborhood - out of the busyness of the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for 5 adults. Had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and the shower downstairs was amazing and the one up stairs too per my son. We were close to anything we needed will stay again if in Charlotte for family get togethers

Nice place!
We had a great stay! The property host replied promptly to us and the home was clean, comfy, warm, and in a convenient location. We didn't use the fire pit or the grill outside because it was cold, but both looked awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Property and host were outstanding. Host emailed and offered a later check-out at no additional cost which was a nice surprise. The neighborhood was safe and not far from downtown Charlotte. I would definitely recommend this place to stay and would stay here again!

Southern Christmas Show Trip
My sister and I brought my niece to the Southern Christmas Show for her birthday. This home was so convenient! Very easy process of checking in! It was nicely decorated and cozy! It sits at the entrance of a subdivision. Even though the road is a busy one, you could not hear much road noise on the inside. The beds were comfy! It was super easy to drive the back way to the convention center from this location. It was a nice relaxing birthday visit! I would definitely book again if we are back in this area! I would highly recommend it if you are looking for relaxing place to stay in Charlotte!

Hammond stay
The lighting throughout the house is very poor. Kitchen light is the best but the bedroom lighting is terrible. There are several rotten boards on the handicap ramp and my daughter-in-law put a hole in one board that was already pretty rotten. My son was taking a shower in the upstairs bathroom and was trying to adjust the shower head and it broke off in his hand, he was not being rough with it. The were no Kleenex provided on extra toilet paper. I wish I knew this property was right next to a busy road. The road noise was a nuisance.
