Corporate Retreat

Blue Herron & Black Bear were the perfect layout for our corporate retreat. Amazing properties with all the amenities. Very responsive and helpful hosts.

My moms 90th birthday

We had 16 adults and 6 children and rented both blue heron and black bear. Wonderful location near airport and on lake. So much for everyone to do we never left the house. Beautiful pool dock games movie theater room. The houses have a pass thru so it’s very convent. Would love to rent again.

Family Celebration

The pictures do this property no justice. It is absolutely breathtaking. We picked a pretty crazy weekend (due to the storm) so we didn’t have any WIFI during our stay and the pool that we had heated, over heated due to technical difficulties of not being able to control technology due to WIFI being out. So we definitely missed out on enjoying the movie room and the TV’s provided but besides that everything was amazing. Definitely wish our stay could have been longer to enjoy the amenities we missed out on. Be aware that the neighborhood is pretty quiet- although quite hours were 9pm-9am we had alot of complaints before the set time- and we were not loud after hours at all.The staff was great and made sure to make up for the issues that we had due to the storm, such as tree branches in pool during check-in and not being aware of the power outages and things not working. Highly recommend staying here!!
