At the BohoPad, we created a place with inspirations from our backgrounds and our lives, and with the intention to create a place where anyone walking into the door will feel the warmth and rejuvenating feeling that the lively colors, natural wood finishes, and every detail of the design were meant to arouse.

Call it Bohemian, Boho, Gipsy, Hippie, Darvish, or Sufi inspired; they all represent the same essence, style, and even mindset, just labeled differently by different cultures. Inspired by these styles and with a free spirit, oneness with nature, rejuvenation, and cultural awareness in mind, we created and present to you our BohoPad.

The Space:

From vaulted ceilings to intricate tile work, every detail of this recently renovated house invites you to relax, breathe deep, and revel in the pleasure of living. The BohoPad is the perfect space to spend weekends escaping the city with friends or family. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, three beds, and a modern kitchen and dining area, the space is practically begging you to bring your family or friends and make yourselves a dream vacation.

Much more than a simple house, the BohoPad is a beautiful mix of creativity and hospitality, making it ideal for both business travelers and those traveling for pleasure. It fuses the unique South Charlotte architecture with contemporary designs. From the full cedar panel bedroom with vaulted ceilings, Middle Eastern-inspired bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen, the BohoPad’s beautiful design and relaxing atmosphere create the perfect getaway to enjoy the peaceful solitude of contemporary country living.

Colorful and creative accents and an eclectic collection of handpicked bohemian-style furnishings and decor connect you with the history of the home. The large windows surrounding the house allow the landscape to follow you inside. Each of the cabin’s windows is located to make the most of the view – and you certainly can’t escape from them - nor would you want to, day or night.

But what makes this cabin truly unique is the character of the interior. Its lived-in, personal touches make it very appealing, and the splashes of vibrant color and abundant natural light give the cabin an airy, bright, and unpretentious feel.

The BohoPad is in Matthews, which is just a quick 5-minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Charlotte. Within 15 minutes, you can arrive at the heart of downtown Charlotte, which includes the exciting neighborhoods of Midwood Plaza and Noda. With a vast array of eclectic restaurants, local craft breweries, and an exciting nightlife, you can enjoy all of Charlotte’s pleasures while still being nestled away in the BohoPad.

We live 15 minutes away from the property and can be available if needed.

Centrally located to shopping and many of the amenities in south Charlotte, along with being 5 minutes away from downtown Matthews, the BohoPad is the ideal place to stay for family, business travelers, or even a little spiritual retreat.

Bohopad is within walking distance of downtown Matthews, about a 2-mile walk.
