“We arrived about 1 hour after the 4pm checkin time due to some traffic. We were not provided with the access code so we called the Host contact # listed via website. He said that the rental was not cleaned &gave us the code so we could verify. Since it was not cleaned, after about 30 min of regrouping, he offered another property about 15 min away.
