Very nice

Me and my family/friends enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and close to most downtown restaurants (10-15 minutes). We are thankful for the hospitality.

fabulous stay...4 bedrooms is great...clean...new...porch blocked from traffic...fire pit...open floor plan...parking...we won't even search for another place next time we visit Charlotte.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Loved the open floor plan and house was very clean. Cooked a complete Thanksgiving meal here and plenty of room for all to help. Close to everything we wanted to do in Charlotte. Host was very prompt in answering questions we had before arrival. Great experience.

Stay in Charlotte

This property is very nice. Easy to find, very clean and perfect for our group of 5. We enjoyed our stay and had no major issues. The house could benefit from some window covering besides blinds, it is on a corner and the streetlight is bright. Important to note that the property is not within walking distance of any dining. The street noise was problematic as this is right on a busy road. We stayed 4 night / 5 days and we're only provided 2 dish tabs, and 2 toilet paper roles which isn't enough for 5 people staying over this period of time. If you are staying in Charlotte with a group of 5 or 6 this house would be great for that but keep in mind proximity to dining or activities will require a car

Pleasant Stay

Overall great stay! Was in town for a bachelorette party and this was plenty of space for 7 guest. House was in a great location near lots of bars and restaurants.

March Madness with Brothers

Attended March Madness in Charlotte. All adult brothers stayed in this home, 10 minute drive to the arena. Worked well.

This property is right next to a construction site. The owner had every opportunity to let us know that loud construction was going on. He did not, it started at 7:15 am and didn't end until after 5. Their vans blocked the driveway and congested the street. We could not enjoy any of the outside property. Even at night, because the chairs around the fire put were broken. I let them know this and they said they would be replaced. They never were and we had 5 days there. No chairs. The inside is very nice, except the floors are filthy. You dont notice until you look at your socks or feet. If you dont mind the noise, the size of the house is adequate for a large group. It definitely needs a refresher. It was close to Noda where we were visiting for a wedding.
