    Well maintained property, within 2 miles of our family we were visiting. Good location on lake. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed good weather, boating, fishing and family. Comfortable accommodations.

    This house was absolutely perfect for our family! Everyone loved it, from the kids to the elders. Beautiful picture windows offered an amazing view of the lake. Property manager was attentive and courteous. Would definitely recommend!

    Perfect Setting

    The house is set in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood on a stunning part of the lake. The set up is perfect for 3 couples (each on bathroom). The listing was spot on and the house was just as pictured. The property managers were helpful and easy to get ahold of. The only thing that could be improved would be updating the mattresses and patio cushions for comfort.

    The team that manages the property were top notch and the best customer service providers that I experienced at a lease property. My family leases a house for vacation several times a year in many different states and going forward I will use So Charm whenever available.     The location was great. The house was on the water in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were disappointed the pictures on VRBO did not match some items in the pictures. A few updates are needed.
