Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Very private. Everything we needed was there. We would like to return. It was a bit pricey and would have liked to have had a full 48 hrs given the price. We tried to leave it as clean as we found it. Overall great experience.

So peaceful and beautiful!!

This house was perfect!! Everything was beautifully renovated on the inside! We had the best time, and the views of lake Norman were breathtaking!! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Relaxing

The house was updated on the inside, clean and comfortable. The viwes of the lake from the back of the house, which has a wall of windows, was amazing. The only downside is the outside deck and dock, although there is a lot of potential there, it needs some attention as far as cleanup. Other than that we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, exactly what we were looking for.

Beautiful view. Not for dogs

My husband and I have stayed at this location 3 times. We have have always enjoyed our visits and planned to return each year. This year I had a print out from 6 months ago when I booked our stay. I did not see there would be RING cameras monitoring our stay in real time. We invited friends who live locally to come by. The following day the Host messaged that the owner sent a payment request for a pet fee. Someone viewing us on RING cam saw my friend arrive with her small dog. I informed the Host we were returning guests hoping the fee would be waived if there was no damage and we cleaned. That was not an option! I paid the fee. After we got home, we decided even though it is a beautiful place, we won't be returning another time as there are many dog friendly rentals to stay on Lake Norman with a much less expensive pet fee.
