Nice neighborhood
Great place to stay if traveling alone or with a partner. Room is exactly as advertised, small but very nice with bathroom and minimal kitchen. Private fenced entrance and backyard of the main house in a nice neighborhood. I did not bring a car but walked to streetcar stop (5min) or to the conference center (40min) in the center of the city.

Clean, cozy, fresh looking, nice bathroom. Went there for a wedding. Property was within minutes of the venue. Several awesome restaurants and bars within a couple minute drive. Host stayed in touch to make sure all our needs were meet.

Excellent Little Place to Stay
Overall a great spot to stay. It's small but the perfect size for someone not looking to stay in a lot. The place was clean and modern with a nice look to it. Everything I was looking to visit was pretty much 15 minutes away or closer. I didn't talk with the property manager much but they checked in with me and made sure everything was good and to let them know if I needed anything. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Great place perfect size for what I was in town for quiet neighborhood, very up-to-date and modern. Clean and the owner communicates great and responded to questions in no time at all! So great spot!
