Upgraded features include a soaring vaulted ceiling, dramatic covered patio, skylights, in ceiling sound system, and master bath with skylight and jacuzzi tub.

Ample kitchen supplies, all the pots and pans and utensils that we needed for cooking in. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Excellent location for South End restaurants, bars, and the rail trail. Owner was responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Newly renovated home has all the bells and whistles you might need for a multi-day Stay near Charlotte's South end. We were going to a concert at Amos SouthEnd on November 1st and it was an extremely short walk from the rental. Plenty of parking. I would recommend parking vehicles in the back because we heard while we were here, a car was broken into next door. A car that was parked in the front.

Check in was easy, there was plenty of parking, and it is close to downtown Charlotte. Now the bad when we arrived there was a dirty wine glass left on the back patio, amd a used bar of soap in the shower. There was also no coffee in the house which there has been with every stay I've ever had.
