This house did not disappoint, it was gorgeous and just as pictured ! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our host made the check in process easy with detailed instructions. Also very responsive to accommodate a late check out. I will keep this property at the top of my list when we visit Charlotte again.

My bridal party and I stayed at this BEAUTIFUL house the weekend leading up to my wedding. I could have asked for a more beautiful and accommodating stay. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. It help alleviate any wedding stress i might have had.

We rented this unit for a number of family members traveling in for a memorial. It worked perfectly for o that: accommodating 4 flying in at wildly varying times, with no worries about disturbing others on late arrival/early departure. The layout of the spaced-out bedrooms, private shareable bathrooms, extra lounge area, plus option to use the lockbox to share the single key made that possible. Patio backyard are great for gathering, too.It appears to be a very recently-built home in a new housing development, maintained solely as a rental. Everything was spic & span and it had a modern hotel-like aesthetic, with no personal knick-knacks. An excellent option if you prefer rentals that aren’t someone’s home; if you’re looking for a quirkier, more character-filled experience, it’s not that kind of rental. Most gatherings during our rental were off-site so food prep wasn’t a necessity. It looked like the cookware & utensil basics were covered, and there were spices pantry basics in cupboards. But you might want to bring items for any specialized cookery or ask if they’re provided, since it hasn’t been a rental long enough to accumulate odds & ends.We appreciated that linens were provided toilet paper, and that exit cleanup required was minimal. Communication was easy and prompt. The neighborhood is a VERY quiet street a few blocks off main blvds but it’s a quick 5 min drive to supermarkets and 15 min to various fun neighborhoods with lots of food options.

Patio table for outdoor dining (still possible in late Oct) and nice backyard for kids to play — hill would be awesome for sledding for the rare snowstorms
