We had an amazing stay at Andy's Blue house! The room was gorgeous and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was great! I loved that Andy was always there at breakfast to ensure guests had everything we needed and to give advice on good places to visit during our stay! He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The Blue House was a good place to stay. Andy and his wife were very helpful and it was good to meet the other residents at breakfast and swap information. Just one small suggestion, please try to keep the breakfast food hotter.

Breakfast was very good, and very tasty. Andy is a gracious host making your stay very welcoming. Parking was easy. Distance to downtown Charlottetown was farther than we thought but if fit, walkable for sure. The outside of the establishment could use some tender loving care. But inside is lovely and very clean.

Andy is a very hospitable host. Room was cozey, clean. Breakfast buffet available and it was a great start to the day! Close to downtown Charlottetown, but still recommend having a car to explore around and the rest of the island. Highly recommend!

Lovely host and hostess. Very good breakfast - hot and cold items. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Anyone booking here should keep in mind this is an older house so the bathroom and kitchen area in the family suite are dated but clean. Quiet neighbourhood. 15 minute walk to parks and downtown.

Andy was very nice and quick to help. However, there was an issue with hot water in the shower-very little to none. The breakfast was excellent. Everything you could want. We had to ask for chairs since there was 4 of us and only 1. I would suggest a couple of comfy chairs in each room since the rooms are quite large so space wouldn't be a problem. I would stay again. The property was very good and quite quiet. Only issue was that we could have used additional toiletries (our fault for not requesting same). Overall I’d recommend it to friends and stay there again ourselves.

Our room was more like a dorm room and little else. Posting said separate sitting room, with fireplace but neither was in there. Overall not a very comfortable room and certainly not what we expected for the price or for a Bed and Breakfast. Andy was very nice and the check in went fine but when we arrived the first thing he hit us with was how would you like to pay vs can i show you your room.

We just loved this brand new renovated blue house! The rooms were all renovated with modern amenities but still decorated in time period furnishings. Andy, was exceptional and was communicative, accommodating and went the extra mile to meet our needs for our stay.
