"The room that had been arranged for me had a horrendous smell upon arrival. I asked the bell desk staff that arrange for an air freshener spray so that I can get rid of the smell. However, the staff seemed very unwilling and told me that all Hilton hotel rooms smell like that. Afterwards, I asked if there was another room available and he told me that that room was the only one left and told me that there was no air freshener spray available. He later came with a spray that supposedly could help get rid of the smell but was pretty useless. Disappointed that Hilton has this level of service when it comes to bad smell in hotel rooms."

"The room on the executive floor had a really bad smell. I asked the staff if they were able to do anything about it; however, after multiple requests, they only offered to provide me with a spray that would get rid of the smell. The other alternative room that they offered also had a similar smell. The staff were not extremely eager to help, which was a little disappointing. Also, the bed sheets were quite coarse and rough. Yet, I appreciate their efforts to make our stay during the typhoon less hectic."
