The lady who checked us in and the little reception room were lovely. Our room itself was a nice size and had a really comfortable bed and fairly new bathroom. The pool was heated to about 29^c so we braved it and had a good time. Our only issue was how easily we could hear next door. I’m sure they weren’t stomping about but the floors made it sound like they were in the room with us. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the location which meant we could get up and along the further ends of the cape.

We could not have asked for a more perfect location. The Seafarer is just minutes away from the beautiful downtown, and yet a peaceful oasis where we could relax by the pool and enjoy the amazing gardens. We will definitely return .

Everything about the Chatham Seafarer Inn is excellent. We travelled with three other groups for a family wedding this weekend. The gardens are gorgeous, the pool is unbelievably warm, the rooms spotless and the beds comfy. The staff was so helpful and it was a joy to check in with John. He gave us lots of tips for great places to eat and things to do. 10/10 recommend!

Our stay at the Chatham Seafarer Inn was absolutely wonderful! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had the perfect Cape Cod charm. The rooms were comfortable and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was ideal—close to beaches, shops, and restaurants while still being peaceful and relaxing. Every detail contributed to a memorable stay. We highly recommend the Chatham Seafarer Inn and look forward to returning on our next trip to Cape Cod!

We checked in on Friday, August 14, 2026 for a wedding. John checked us in. He was so helpful, full of knowledge about the Inn and the surrounding area and great suggestions for places to eat. The grounds were beautiful, very well maintained. The rooms were clean, modern, included a mini fridge, microwave and coffee makers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, with plenty of drawer space and a nice open closet. The air conditioner was super cold and worked very well. The pool and surrounding area was beautiful. The and the landscaping was beautiful. It was a wonderful weekend in Cape Cod too! The Seafarer Inn is a gem on Main Street. We will definitely stay there again the next time we venture to Cape Cod.

Our room had large gaps in the flooring. It was uneven and had warped. This was a tripping hazard and not barefoot friendly. The in-wall air conditioner wasn't sized properly for the space, so the room was left humid due to the unit being oversized and not able to run long enough. When it was running it was incredibly loud. The air conditioner is also located at the foot of the bed, so it blows directly on you. The overall property was free of trash and debris. Check in staff was friendly.

Lovely property (typical cal motel Layout) 5-10 minute drive to Chatham facilities but a bit worn by age. Clean and presentable but age is showing.

Pleasant setting and easy parking for mobile adults. Not sensitive to mobility challenged guests (no handicap parking assigned and declined when requested.) Room was well appointed. Staff was on staff during brief and specific times — we did not have any advance notice about the limited staff hours.

We enjoyed our stay . The room was clean . Comfy bed and nice linens. New bathroom. We had a king bed and a day bed. If you plan on using the day bed it would be for a a small person . There is a little fridge and small microwave which was helpful and a keutig. The pool and the new furniture around the pool was great . Warm at 87 degrees which was great to do laps in the morning. The flowers and grounds around the property are very well maintained. This is not a fancy . The check in is a living room with a desk. No lobby. That’s fine for us. Minutes from town and 1 mile to the beach. We will be back again. We always rented a house but we just wanted to stay for an extended weekend. This was perfect!
