Excellent!

We loved the way the Mill Barn had been renovated. Very charming and very unique. All the amenities are there, central AC, working Fireplace, beautiful and creative decor - fabulous! There is a washer/dryer on the grounds and an outdoor shower. The back porch was charming and lovely. It was central to everything within walking distance. From Oyster Pond for swimming to Downtown Chatham, to Chatham Market for groceries to a CVS. Quiet and beautiful we will likely stay there again the next time we’re in Chatham. One thing: if you can’t do stairs this may not be the best place for you which is too bad because otherwise it has everything else you need. I highly recommend the Mill Barn to anyone looking for a charming, quiet place just off the beaten path, but close to everything that is so special about Chatham. Five Stars! Thank you Chatham Rentals and VRBO. Very nice indeed!

A very nice place to relax

The Barn is spacious, very bright, clean and very welcoming. It has a large patio where we spend very pleasant moments. The upstairs bedroom spacious, clean and cozy. We will definitely comeback.

Carriage House has Character

We love Chatham and decided to try a somewhat different experience than we typically choose. Seeing the pictures of the Carriage House had us interested and curious so we decided to take a chance in renting the Mill Hill Barn for a weeks stay. We were not disappointed. It’s quaint, comfortable and relaxing. Several days into our stay we were still discovering new and unusual adornments; whether it be a wall piece or a small time period piece associated with the old barn. Bathroom is on first floor and bedroom is in 2nd; but with all the available lighting options no need to worry about wandering around in the dark. Kitchen is well appointed but very small. Did not bother us since we ate a majority of our meals out. Parking is tight but very well designated. The Carriage House has two spots. The neighborhood is a walkers dream. Close to all things Chatham. We would stay again for sure.
