“This was a very unpleasant experience for my family and me. First of all, we didn’t receive any check-in instructions prior to arriving. We had no idea where to park our car, but by asking customer service, they told us that we can park in any spot we want in the underground parking lot as it was included in our room package. After parking my car, a lady came up to us and told me that that was her parking, and that we took her spot. We were very confused, because the person we called clearly……
