The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed. The park is right next to the house. We walked the park everyday! We will stay there again! ”

The owner Thomas is very responsive to any questions and thought about all the amenities! It’s within perfect distance from so many of the city’s attractions, the Gulch area, to the riverfront, coffee shops and Broadway of course. It was everything we needed and more. ”

“The Caspian Cottage was an amazing place to stay. From the welcome cookies to the lovely owner Sharolyn stopping by to welcome us, we had a 5-star experience. The cabin is immaculately clean and I don’t think we have ever had a cabin so well and thoughtfully stocked. The cabin’s setting is so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed strolling the trails and spent time lounging by the outdoor fireplace on that wonderful screened in porch. Truly an amazing place. We loved every minute of our stay. ”

“Location was perfect for being close to Franklin, Downtown Nashville and the airport! Lots to do and see in the surrounding area!Easy check in and out, would come back and stay for location alone. The construction across the street may become an issue for quietness in the future, but we were out and about early each day so didnt bother us too much. Kellie always answered any questions or concerns promtly.”
