The hotel was centrally located and has a pooular restaurant. Artsy feel. The stairs are narrow and steep.

Awesome staff and very clean. The restaurant attatched in the garden below is some of the best food I have had in Morocco.
The staff held my bags for late check oit locked in my room and gave me an early check-in.
Thanks again Molino

The stay was pleasant and the hotel is in a strategic location in the heart of the old medina. It offers also delicious meals and a nice espresso. Our room had an amazing view on the two "horns" of Chefachuen.
Unique property within the old area of town. Within walking distance to taxi. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Traveling between floors with my luggage through the narrow stairs. Extremely dangerous and hard to maneuver a large suitcase. The food at the restaurant was great.

Nice place for the price. Staff is nice. Location is good to be away from the more touristic part of the Medina. But sounds can carry from outside, especially at night so if you are a light sleeper that could be a problem. But this may be the case every where in the Medina. Bathroom can be a bit of a squeeze.
Loved this hotel! It was very unique and different. Booked two separate rooms and one of the rooms would not have been good for anyone with any type of accessibility issues as there is a high step to the bathroom and the bed area. We had no issues. The stairs to the rooms are a little steep as well. Service was great and the hotel had their own restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel staff assisted with our luggage as well which was very helpful.
Simple, clean, comfortable accommodations in a beautiful, quiet part of the city. The attached gardens and restaurant are a huge asset (though I’d have loved some seating right in the gardens as well). Breakfast in the hotel restaurant especially is delicious and affordable, and we also had a couple really nice dinners. I’d suggest the restaurant for a nicer dinner regardless of whether you’re staying at the hotel.
Beds and bathrooms were very clean, there is ample hot water, Wifi worked well, and the AC was an absolute workhorse.
Note that the hotel is a short walk with some elevation from the drop-off location for cabs, but this is the case for many riads in the old city. The location is tucked away in this quiet residential corner, but still extremely central with easy access to everything in Chaouen.
Overall, an absolute gem, especially given its affordability. I’d recommend it to anyone!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
No real amenities here. No TV, phone, basic bathroom supplies. Basically what you should expect from a 2 star hotel. Staff are for the most part helpful and customer service oriented. Transport hard to come by unless you go down several stairs to the Main Street and luck out on a cab. A boutique hotel in the modest sense.
It’s a Beautiful hotel. I enjoyed my one night stay. For any first time travelers like me, Be advised there are a lot of stairs which I was not expecting (I had a lot of luggage). Overall the experience and the restaurant were fabulous.
Such a heavenly spot to have a stay in! The room was surrounded by greenery, and the restaurant was right next to us. Absolutely recommend for someone to enjoy and experience Chefchaouen to the fullest.
There is not much parking available on the street. From the street the hotel is located up a few sets of cobblestone steps.
We enjoyed our stay here. We had a large two-bedroom apartment. Decorated nicely. We decided to stay one more night. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is very good.
This is a beautiful little hotel in a beautiful little city. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is decorated so well. A fun building. It is hard on the knees though with the narrow winding stairs. Beautiful gardens and spots in the hotel to sit. Good food in the restaurant. The air conditioning in our room was great. The pictures in the ads don’t do it justice.
