“Other than location, this property is just average. It is advertised as a boutique hotel, and is quite small, but, doesn't provide more personalized service than typical hotels. The toilet paper, paper towels and shampoos provided were subpar. Regarding cleanliness, this was also subpar. I know this is a beach location, but upon entering our unit, we noted sandy floors and area rug. Our white socks were filthy after walking on the floors. I am doubtful it was ever mopped. The beach view……

“This property , while decent, is not at a 4-star level. Basic is how I would describe it. The photos are quite miss leading. You can tell this is a very old property and it’s been tried to be dressed up a bit with some paint but that’s about it. The lobby is quite nice but that aesthetic stops there and doesn’t translate to the rooms. Our room had lots of fruit flies in it or some other little bugs flying around. The bathroom needs gutting as it seems it’s from the 80s with barely any light over……

“There is no one around the property to help out with check ins. There were at least 3 other parties that arrived we helped out because they had issues as well.There was another property down the street theyowned but like this property no one was there. They do have phone numbers posted but good luck with that or getting someone to call you back. We lucked out with someone working on the roof of the property and they had direct number and general manager came over quickly. We also had problem……

“Four chairs and a small table on the balcony overlooking the ocean made the visit restful. Stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath on the 5th floor. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans we needed. Used the brand new grills the building provided to cook the fish we caught. Elevator and stairs to use, and an assigned parking space made it easy. The pool and hot tub on site looked clean, and there were folks in there enjoying themselves. Paved walking path out front of the building, clean and……

“Property was clean and check in process at alternate location was quick and easy! Stayed on the fifth floor on the end. Balcony was amazing with sun around the clock and beautiful views! Easy walk to the beach. This unit seemed recently redone which was nice. Towels and sheets must’ve just come from the packaging. Didn’t utilize the pool due to weather we had but many did. Convenient parking onsite. ”

“Walkable area. Loved the pool area. Dory was very informative regarding the area. We had a miscommunication at check in but was later resolved with G. Previous guest clipped toe nails on the balcony and they were still there. Very gross of previous guest. This is why the lower rank on cleanliness. May have been easy to miss for cleaning crew though???”
