"For a good place to stay while entering or leaving the HK Airport, this hotel is great. Do I think it is inexpensive? NO, but it’s really a great hotel to relax at. Clean rooms, friendly/helpful staff, very accommodating, big breakfast buffet with omelet station, 2 pools, sauna, and steamroom. Restaurants on the ground floor. Taxis and busses into the city (45 minute journey) just outside the hotel and airport. Busses are cheap. Theres a spa on the premises which is very nice. My wife said it is 😂. They’ve got a really nice exercise room too with all you need, if you’re like me, to just stay fat. We stay at this hotel when passing in or out of HK. We have consistently been more than satisfied with everything. "

"it was a wonderful stay in eaton, the staff, the security and even the housekeeper are very helpful and pleasant. Food court provide variety food and lot of variety food nearby. reasonable price with 4+ star. This will be my 2nd home in Hong Kong."

"Great Stays for Family !! I booked the Plaza Deluxe Family Room and had a wonderful experience. I stored my luggage with the hotel until my next check-in, and to my surprise, they upgraded my room for both bookings! The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure to note all my requests. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk through MOKO Mall from Mong Kok East MTR Station, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay for families, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!"

"Room was clean, staff were friendly, everyone knew English very well, tended quickly to unruly children (even my own) in order to quite them down and make them happy, helped us when we needed help, gave us pointers on how to save money on our trip, and more. We will be only staying at Disney hotels for now on when visiting any park(s) around the world."
