  • GrandView #306 is a beautifully appointed, third floor waterfront condo decorated in warm tones and accented with rich cherry woods and touches of stainless steel and granite.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private balcony while you take in the spectacular "up lake" views of the pristine water, surrounding mountains and evening sunsets. 

    Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. FIREPLACE NOT CURRENTLY FOR GUEST USE. 

    The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

    The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

    Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

    Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

We will be coming back.

We had such a great time. Wonderful location. Easy walk into town, clean rooms, fun swimming pool and lake access. Definitely will be visiting again.

Holiday check in was easy. Water was temperamental - would take five minutes (no exaggeration) to get warm then flip back and forth between hot and cold. Let front desk know and she said she’d have maintenance check the boilers. Guessing all the units rely on the same water source so someone flushing will scald you. Kiddo couldn’t shower. The remote in the living room was not working so we let front desk know and she said she’d send maintenance with a new one. They came and swapped the living room and bedroom remotes so it was pretty ridiculous. Overall it was fine, great location and affordable off-season.

Great location

Beautiful view, great location, great pool/dock situation. Everything was as advertised. The only critique I have is that the AC in the family room isn’t enough to cool the bedroom which is in back (even with the bedroom door open) so it was warm sleeping at night. This was Memorial Day so it was bearable, but might be a bigger issue in summer. We tried leaving the window open but there weren’t screens on the window so we were trading heat for bugs. Besides that this place was perfect!

One of the worst stays

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving in our room, we noticed an incredibly strong smell of paint fumes as though our room had just been painted. The odors were so strong that it caused headaches. I called the main number twice and was never connected to the appropriate people, was hung up on once, and no one ever called me back. I went to the front desk to complain and they had no record of any calls. They were allegedly sold out so offered to bring a fan to our room. Upon delivering the fan, staff realized how bad the smell was and mentioned that housekeeping had indicated that the smell would be a problem earlier in the day. They moved us into another room for one night but had to move us back the next day. Windows and sliding door were left cracked with the fan running over night. There are no screens on windows or doors so couldn't be left more open due to bugs and bats (which like to hang on the balcony walls). Staff said maintenance would stop by in the morning to help try to fix the situation. The next day, the odor was still incredibly strong. Maintenance didn't arrive until we contacted the front desk again mid-morning. Two more fans were added, we tried our best to create a wind tunnel to get the fumes to subside and again we had to sleep with the window and door cracked. This was by far one of the worst stays I've had anywhere. Not sure if the paint issue was the individual owner's fault, the management company, or both. I had stayed here several years ago, had a great experience, and recommended this place to others but will likely never go back.

Grandview on the Lake has new mgmt and they have a lot to learn 😕

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this facility is spectacular. Unfortunately the new mgmt verges on being incompetent. The front desk help was friendly but had no answers. Our unit was in desperate need of maintenance. The carpets were stained, the ottoman literally had fake heather peeling off of it. There NO lamp in the living area, there was no screen door so the bugs were everywhere inside, we had literally RAGs for our 2 dish towels. They were clean but they were thread bare with holes in them. We had TWO forks. The main entrance wall had been spot painted with none matching paint! Just paint the short wall for goodness sakes! The bathroom light bulb was burned out. There were fabulous bed pillows and bath towels. There was Saran Wrap and foil and coffee filters. 👍🏻 The new mgmt has a LONG way to go! We’ve stayed here every year for 8 years and this stay was a huge disappointment! Put some money back into these units! I would recommend this place ONLY because of its geographical location.
