Spring Break Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 moms and their best friend 8 year old daughters headed to Lake Chelan for spring break. Though the weather wasn't great, the house was perfect. Very clean, stylish, well stocked and thank goodness for the hot tub, which our girls used a lot. The bunkroom was so fun and all the crafts and mini pool table was a big hit when it was rainy and too cold. They did swim one day and pool was just a min walk away. The property is beautiful and I went for a daily walked just to look at the homes. I bet this place is so fun in warmer weather.

We didn’t bring any kids but they also provided a high chair and a full size folding crib in the closet which would be a game changer as a mom! I will definitely be staying there again.

This one is in a lovely location with no noise disturbance from any construction - which is a huge bonus!Great size house but when we arrived the firepit had broken, the shower screen door was broken and there wasn’t any wine glasses or coffee cups in the house. The shower and firepit were fixed but I repeatedly asked the management company for wine glasses and cups and were told they would get back to me and nothing. We ended up borrowing from a different rental that friends were staying in for the duration of the stay.

The property had everything we needed. The place was amazing, clean and spacious with a place to hang out outside with the fire pit! The different games for kids in the home was great. We had a great time and hope to be back again soon!!

Not only is the decor on pointe, but you can feel how much love was put into every part of this home! The kitchen is fully stocked for a chefs delight, and the entertainment possibilities are endless! We felt welcomed to have kids here and loved the games, hot tub and fire pits! It was the best stay!

Reviewer Comments: Coco Chelan is phenomenally decorated, the owner has set it up with all the cooking, dining and drinking appointments you could ever need. Nice hot tub, and a short 2 min walk to pool. They just put in a play castle for the kids while we were there about 200 feet from the property. Beds, sheets and pillows are first class, and TV's are setup with a half dozen streaming choices. Great stay would go back and enthusiastically recommend.

I have been following along the journey on Instagram for awhile now and it was great to finally see it in person. We went the week after Christmas for a winter vacation with my family and my sister's family. 4 adults and 5 kiddos. There was enough beds for everyone and big enough so that we didn't ever feel cramped. We made use of the hottub and the neigborhood pool/hot tub. The pool is super close and only takes 2 minutes to walk to. The house is very clean, organized, and stylish. I highly recommend families staying here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Darling house, really well-situated and the vibe is extra and just lovely. Everything is shiny perfect new and high end. Unfortunately now I have to figure out a way to put in a pellet ice maker like the bomb one in this house. The crystal (literally crystals) light fixtures in the master is amazing and the electronics are also so high end that I have to now upgrade my own. So yes, this house was nicer, newer, bougee-er than my own! The kitchen has super sharp knives, lots of spices, and serving ware with actual serving utensils. Again, everything is high end. The two things I wished for was a Nespresso or maybe a little more coffee bar vibe and a microplaner. This is me being picky though!We came with 2 teenagers and I love that they're teenagers. I'd rather not see the baby stuff or kid craft things (generously and stylistically appointed) when I walked in the back door.The hot tub was so nice! It would be helpful to have a step there so we wouldn't fall into it (we repurposed the potty step from the downstairs bathroom). It would also be helpful to have the handle to hoist the cover off. It was heavy/difficult to take on and off without my husband flexing his muscles ;) The master bath shower - oof. The sliding door was poorly fixed and fell off when I sneezed (literally). The management company came and propped it next to the window, and replaced it with a shower rod and vinyl curtain. If every perfect house had a blemish, this would be it.Lastly - this will be an open issue while construction is ongoing in The Lookout - but the view outside the beautiful sliding accordian door is...of a construction site, complete with a porta potty. I know this is temporary but at the price we paid per night - oof! We have friends who have homes in The Lookout and the overall complex is to die for. It's so easy to get around and everything is perfect. They came by to check out the house and they loved it

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and very clean but not in good condition for us to stay. Right after checking in we discovered that the AC wasn’t working so it was over 80 degrees in the house. There was no hot water either and for some reason no cover on the hot tub. We would have liked to stay here but unfortunately had to move to a new house. The property management team was very nice and professional though and found us a new place to stay for the week.

The house was lovely, and well stocked. I have several suggestions for additions to this home that would make it even more comfortable (fans upstairs as it remained hot at night, screens for windows, reading light in second guest room, shelves in guest bath to place toiletry bag(s) on).

Maintance even comes and services the hot tub ...that could of been noted in the paperwork but I missed it so it was shocking at first to see them in the back yard. Although he was wearing a shirt so it easy to figure out why he was there. Nice proximity to the all season pool. Well stocked with games and TVs with streaming apps. I'm already ready to book for next year!
