“When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

The self check-in option up to 11pm is a rare and convenient feature in Paris. Overall, it’s a cozy and well-located spot for a stay in the city!”

“Dette sted var perfekt til mit langtidsophold, Køkkenet havde alt, hvad jeg havde brug for, inklusive en mikroovn og en komfur, hvilket gjorde madlavning til en leg, Stuen var et dejligt rum at slappe af i efter en travl dag med at udforske Paris,”

“Alloggio in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Republique da cui si accede a diverse linee metro. Piazza molto frequentata soprattutto da manifestanti. I servizi dell'alloggio sono tutti perfetti, ben attrezzata la cucina e il bagno. Unica pecca l'assenza di detersivo per la lavatrice, mi ha dato una mano una signora che sta lì ma che non ho capito se era una portiera del palazzo oppure no. Certo la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice che sono proprio fuori al monolocale andrebbero……

“Was für ein herrlicher Ort! Die Maisonettewohnung ist wunderschön renoviert, und die Heizung sorgte für wohlige Wärme. Der Esstisch war perfekt für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Auch das bereitgestellte Shampoo und Duschgel fand ich toll.”

“Nous avons apprécié la position géographique de l appartement et l appartement lui même. Par contre le lave vaisselle ne marchait pas à notre arrivée et la cafetière avait besoin d'être détartrée. Il y a un restaurant en dessous qui met la musique un peu forte par moment, sans empêcher toutefois de dormir. La communication avec l hôte est parfaite. Je recommande ce logement.”
