“Staff not cooperating”

“This property was perfection. We loved everything about it! Beautiful, quaint, comfortable, and amazing location.”

“The location is great… information regarding renovations in close proximity would have been nice to know. No a/c when asked about fans or portable a/c units it was stated they would provide and did not respond or stop in. No communication they were not coming. Temperatures in the mid 30’s, There was garbage left in the bathroom. The refrigerator was not clean. Stains on the futon and some of the linens. Over all cleanliness not the best. Would not stay again. Not quiet with the windows open to……

“We chose this property because of its excellent location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, as well as the advertised air conditioning and two bathrooms. The apartment was nicely decorated, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was good. However, the air conditioning is only in the living room, so the bedroom stayed quite warm despite the portable fans. We also encountered cockroaches during our stay, which we reported to the host. They responded promptly and said……

“Appartement petit mais très confortable. Très facile de communiquer avec les hôtes, ils ont le soucis de notre bien être. Nous avions reçu avant notre arrivée plusieurs informations concernant les commodités au alentours de notre résidence ( restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie…) qui nous ont été très utiles. L’air climatisé fonctionnait très bien! Je recommande”

“I stayed here with my daughter in June. The listing photos are misleading: what is shown as a bed is a sofa that you pull out and make up yourself on arrival and whenever you want to sit on the sofa. On arrival, that sofa — the only bed — was dirty, covered in dust, debris, and hair. I reported it the same day, with photos. The following day, while we were out, the host sent cleaning staff into the apartment without notice and without our consent. We returned to find our belongings had been……
