The apartment was run down, with sparse and in some cases broken furniture, making it feel neglected and poorly maintained. The communication around checking in was easy to understand, and a follow up to make sure we had made it ok was a nice touch. The apartment was really clean, well equipped and the three double bedrooms was something not many other apartments could offer.
