When we arrived, the host was prompt, the home was clean and in neat condition. The customer service was wonderful. The 4 star rating reflects this as I cannot truly review the property. 」

「The apartment was clean and well maintained; however, it was not heated during our entire stay. We did not have hot water for showering, and we were unable to sleep because it was so cold. We reported the issue to the accommodation several times, and a technician was sent once, but the problem was neither repaired nor resolved. We returned home sick after our trip.」
